We saw a gap in the neighborhood.

For years, the team at RESRENTS successfully managed millions of dollars in residential assets across the Front Range. But we noticed a recurring frustration among our clients: while their individual properties were performing perfectly, their HOAs were falling behind.

Boards were burned out. Calls went unanswered. Financials were messy. The communities were suffering from "Passive Management" where problems were only fixed after they became emergencies.

We realized that the same operational rigor we used to protect investment properties was exactly what these HOAs were missing.

I had been through two different agencies and my condo sat empty for over a year before I found Greg. As a teacher making two mortgage payments was getting to be impossible.
